- Hook : 8-18.
- Thread : Black.
- Tip : Flat gold tinsel.
- Rear Hackle : Natural red cock.
- Body : Peacock herl.
- Front Hackle : White.
Ring in fine gold wire is optional, usually on the large sizes.
