About the Black Buzzer Trout Fly
The Black Buzzer is sparse and colourless, a plain Jane in the fly box, but it is devastating on the day.
When caught in the light there is a faint green sparkle that has proved to be highly effective.
For best results use the slowest of slow retrieves.
Buzzers are high on the menu for still water trout. So it is not surprising that most of the fishing methods developed for buzzer patterns are specifically aimed at lakes, ponds and reservoirs.
This trout fly is designed to be fished on Dams & Reservoirs, Still Water
