Comments from other fly fishermen

A fragile fly with the real junglecock nails ( more oval than long) is a killer and I have used it from Alaska for grayling to large rainbows in Colorado. Vince Marinaro diserves credit for the fly and it may have been his most singular contribution of fly patterns to the spring creeks in PA where I currently live. Try it in many hackle colors as thye original back/green color he recommends is very good but there are more combinbations that work wonderfully. I love it in size 22 and 24 for selective trout. - 4 out of 5 Stars by on 08/03/2010
