About the Blue Upright Trout Fly
The Blue Upright is an excellent variant of R S Austin's Blue Upright. It is more suitably dressed to be fished as a dry fly for when Iron Blues or dark olives are on the water.
Created for Devonshire rivers in the early 1900s it also works well throughout the UK on both rivers and still waters.
