This trout fly is designed to be fished on Dams & Reservoirs, Rivers & Streams, Still Water fish
Dressings
- * Hook : 8 to 10
- * Silk : Tan.
- * Body : Strip of Olive Mink.
- * Tail : Olive Marabou with 3 or 4 lengths of different coloured strong, narrow, flat mylar/flashabou.
- * Head : 2mm Bead, brass or tungsen
We have upgraded from rabbit to a first class 'Mink' body > which gives such tantalizing, pulsating dynamics in the water
We do believe using Mink is well worth the small extra expense to achieve a superb killing pattern.

The Apache range of lures all work extremely well. Sometimes fast, sometimes slow, both speeds with a pause and restart. Orange seems to work early in the season, as does black and green.The white and the black lures are consistent throughout.
