About the Baker Salmon Atlantic Fly
Jewhurst created this stylish salmon classic 'The Baker' early in the 19th century and it is one of the oldest of flies.
It was a popular fly, luring many a salmon, however today it is a 'work of art' more to be appreciated by the angler than used!
Expert Tip:
So may it be : that so dead yesterday,
No sad-eyed ghost, but generous and gay,
May serve you memories like almighty wine
When you are old.
