About the Blue Charm LWD Salmon Atlantic Fly

This is the hairwing version of the traditional Blue Charm featherwing salmon fly. Reputedly orginated by Colin Simpson. It is one of the earliest and simplest of the hairwing patterns, with an interesting yet subtle action. It is widely used as a summer fly pattern on rivers.
