About the Lace Nymph Trout Fly
I developed this fly while fishing in the USA, I was fishing on the Snake river, the fishing was slow and I had tried all the most common patterns used in this area, I thought it was time to put down the rod and work out what the trout were taking, I noticed the fish were feeding mostly on the bottom, after taking a closer look I found that nymphs were abundant so I tied this version of the insect I found, the next day was memorable.
