About the Royal Stimulator Trout Fly

I fish this to represent the Stonefly hatch on the upper Gunnison. In the lower streches i.e. the Gunnison Gorge, we use a Black Stimulator. This fly doesn't really look like the adults, but the fish do not seem to mind. At dusk and at night, fish a bigger size . Brad
