About the Merrimack Ghost Trout Fly
Identical to Grey Ghost except for the pair of Chartreuse Saddles.
Originated by Greg Hault of Mancester, New Hampshire. Has proven to be an excellent spring fly, does well on lake trout when fished deep.

Dressings
- Tag : Narrow flat silver
- Body : Pale orange floss (some tiers prefer golden yellow)
- Rib : Narrow flat silver tinsel
- Throat : A strand or two of peacock herl, strands of white bucktail, and topping with downward curve(optional)
- Wing : Two chartreuse saddle hackles flanked by two olive-grey saddle hackles
- Shoulders : Silver pheasant body feather
- Cheeks : Jungle cock
