About the Church Fry Trout Fly
Bob Church , a great inovator of the sixties and seventy's, created this pattern in1963 particularly for when trout were feeding on perch fry on one of his favourite waters.
It has become a standard pattern in the flyboxes of stillwater fly fishermen.
