The Black Quill was first created in southern Ireland as an imitation of a black gnats.
Expert Tip:
I had always understood that fishermen are aspecial breed of human: honest, law-abiding, peace-loving, helpful, generous-minded, self-critical, unselfish, modest and kind.
Then I had to deal with some of them and found that they are just like everyone else- some good, some not so good.
