The Silver Corixa represents both the natural and the water boatman which are abundant in most still waters.
Corixa are a natural food source for trout. They are air breathing and must come up to the surface to get a bubble of air every so often, which gives them the silver effect.
This pattern is very effective when trout are after the Lesser Water Boatman.
