Dressings

• Hook : 12 - 14
• Thread : Black
• Tail : Cock-y-bondhu cock
• Body, Thorax : Black rabbit flax
• Body, Rear : Yellow dubbing, seal
• Hackle : Cock-y-bondhu cock, large and ten turns

The body is to be representative of a beetle, hence keep it bulky. The original body rear was of white rabbit dyed in picric acid, creating the yellow colour
